Halo: Forerunner

This is one of my latest pieces took quite a while to do, so i hope you like it (:

ps. sorry if it looks either blurry or smudgy, i have to say it was bloody difficult to make this look any less confusing lol, but i'll probably continue to work on it till i'm completely satisfied, any help or tips would be greatly appreciated thanks (:
